1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first.
To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order ID via email or phone.
Once approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may request a return or exchange after receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Once approved, replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
4. Refund Process

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Cancellable Items
